As mentioned, when I checked out, my stay was unpleasantOn arrival:We were overcharged- was no problem but more the inconvenience and bank charges incurred by usOur sheets were dirty and despite numerous attempts to have it changed I had to physically show house keeping the state of the bedding.The second evening when we returned to the hotel, our beds were never made, again at about midnight I called for housekeeping to please make our beds- this did not happen. In addition, our shower was blocked which created a huge inconvenience as our luggage got wet due to this, Housekeeping was then called also close to mid night to attend to thisThe food at the hotel at breakfast was really not appetizing, the bacon was so hard(over cooked), you ran out of clean cups to serve the coffee. Despite attempts for a clean cup, I was ignored and left without having a proper breakfast and coffee.We checked out early due to being uncomfortable and the tram did not refund as it was a booking .com reservationIn light of what I was exposed to, I would like to request for a refund of 2 nights

THIS IS THE FIRST 5* HOTEL WHERE THEY REFUSED TO ALLOW OWN SEALED BOTTLE OF ALCOHOL TO BE TAKEN TO ROOM! THEY WERE SO DESPERATE TO SELL THAT AT THE SUPER HIGH 5* RATE PER PEG. While that's normal for small cheap hotels and lodges....never faced this in any 5* in any part of the world!

1. Delayed allotment of room2. Poor hygiene even told to house keeping to clean by myself. Not cleaned for 2 days. Raised issue to the higher management at the time of leaving.

I staty here on 13th Sept. And Since then I have received more than 10 messages sent my hotel on the booking.com Chat for taking membership. This is SPAM. I have asked them to stop last week...they apologized. I'm again getting messages. Dont stay here if you value your privacy.

The dining staff, including Chandira(?), all were very friendly and helpful! Our room staff, Arun, did a great job of greeting and attending to our needs! Great job on training your staff!

Driving down from Khajuraho via Kanpur it came up first right at entrance of city. So it’s quite far from all the touristy places - 30 minutes ish. But it has good metro connectivity.

Nothing. We didn’t have food didn’t use any service. But i was surprised that none of the front office staff ever smiled. Just barely civil. I suppose it’s a business hotel and this is all they can do. But some of the support staff were very polite and all.

Security staff & front office at the time of check-in is not trained to handle the luggage . lot of confusion created & solved themselves too.

Love the service of staff. Simran, arfat and Ashish were very helpful and polite, made the stay comfortable for us ☺️ will visit again

The room was spacious, in house dining had some great food options, the overall experience was good!!

Room service and amenities were the only big thumbs down aspect. We had to call the reception and room service multiple times for items as basic as bath towels, toiletries, etc. as the room was booked for 3 occupants, but sadly at the time of check-in, amenities were provided for a single occupant only. Although the staff was very polite and apologetic when they finally came to provide the amenities, it was quite a struggle to reach someone at the reception/ room service number. There was no response most of the time. At one time we had to literally call the hotel desk from my mobile and ask them to respond to the in-call coming from our room!! Disappointing!

Property was amazing and facility was great , Roor top Bar they have with tasty cuisine and drinks with relax atmosphere. Special thanks to hotel Staff members Karuna, Arfat, Surender for their hospitality and support which was really smooth.Thanks

The location is superb. The rooms are very nice with all amenities.

1)We stayed on the 1st floor (Rooms 0101 / 0102). Since there were no other rooms occupied on the days we stayed other than ours, all the corridor lights were turned off. As dark as a ghost hotel of some horror movie. I had to ask someone to put it on. 2)Early morning shift housekeeping staffs (2 lady staff) talking,gigling among themselves on the top of their voices disturbing our sleep.3)Plates with leftover food kept outside the room for clearence stayed uncleared for tge entire day in unheiginic manner leaving bad smell. 4)In 0101 ...there were no in room menu.5)No seperate travel desk or Concierge available.

Very ghatiya quality

It was clean ! Up to American standards and staff were exceptional very helpful courteous and professional! Transportation was also very accessible… walking distance to the lucknow Metro… Uber always 2/3 mins away!

Surprisingly after reaching we were told breakfast is not included in our booking, whereas while booking it was appearing and we tried to cancel first day breakfast as we were landing in the evening but there was no option on site so we were rest assured that breakfast is included pls. investigate on this further...

Response from staff, it seems hotel was overcrowded

Location and Room. But not facilities like swimming Jacuzzi and steam and spa.

Food was very disappointing. Rotten food was served. Fired Rice was Sticky and had bad odor, Green sprout was also very bad. Total failure by the team. No one care about customers health. No checking by concerned team. We prefer brand and we were totally disappointed.
